Returns & Exchanges

All of our pieces are made to order and approved by the client prior to production. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your finished piece differs from the final approved design, we will gladly review the matter on a case-by-case basis and work with you toward a fair resolution.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
