How do I clean my jewelry?

Contact us for a spa day for your jewelry and we will give it the full service- professional polish and clean!

If you want to clean your jewelry at home, we recommend filling a cup with warm water and soap. Soak your jewelry for a few minutes and then lightly clean with a toothbrush. Certain gemstones should not be soaked- opal, moonstone, ruby, emerald, etc.

Can I wear my jewelry all the time?

Although our jewelry is designed for everyday wear, we suggest removing your pieces before exercising, swimming, showering, and sleeping to maintain their brilliance over time.

Are you able to rush orders?

For custom, made-to-order pieces, we will do our best to work closely with our manufacturing partners to prioritize and expedite your order whenever possible. We are also able to quickly source select ready-to-ship pieces such as diamond studs, tennis bracelets, and more.

Can you help resize my piece?

Any piece purchased from Fitz Fine Jewelry includes complimentary resizing within the first 60 days of purchase. After that period, resizing services will be available for a fee. Please note some ring styles are unable to be resized, i.e. pieces with enamel or diamonds all the way around.

We are also happy to offer resizing services for non Fitz Fine Jewelry pieces at a cost.

Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a complimentary 60 day warranty. This includes any manufacturing defects such as loose stones, broken clasps, missing pave, or prong issues.

Excludes everyday wear and tear such as scratches, dents, stretched chains, misshapen bands, and broken stones.

Does not apply to lost or stolen pieces. Jewelry worked on by another jeweler will not be covered under warranty.

Are your diamonds and gemstones authentic, natural and responsibly sourced?

All diamonds and gemstones used at Fitz Fine Jewelry are 100% authentic, natural, and responsibly sourced. Some gemstones in the industry receive standard treatments; any such treatments will always be fully disclosed to you.

Every piece is carefully inspected to ensure exceptional quality, brilliance, and authenticity.
We only work with suppliers who adhere to the Kimberly Process.

Do you offer certified diamonds?

Absolutely. Our certified diamonds come with recognized grading certificates that verify cut, color, clarity, and carat weight, giving you complete confidence in your purchase.

Can I customize or personalize my jewelry?

Yes, that is our speciality! Please contact us to get started on jewelry customization.

What materials are used in your jewelry?

Our jewelry is crafted using premium materials such as solid gold, sterling silver, platinum and natural diamonds and gemstones.

Do you offer shipping and insurance?

Yes, we provide secure, insured shipping to ensure your jewelry arrives safely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details for peace of mind. Signature will be required for all shipments.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We work closely with each client throughout the design process, which means all pieces are made specifically for you and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. That said, your satisfaction is important to us — if you have any concerns with your finished piece, please contact us.
